How It Works

1. Go to the Graf & Sons website and select what you want. An easy way to do this is just to add what you'd like to their cart. (But don't checkout!)
2. Fill in the form below with the hazmat items you'd like to order.
3. If you are an established customer:
   1. You can pay when you take delivery of your order!
   2. Within a day of submitting the below form, and usually within a couple of hours, you will receive a text and/or email with the order details and your final price, including Graf's hazmat fee ($23.50) and tax. If everything looks good, please reply back to let us know and we'll go ahead and get the order placed with Graf's.
4. If you are a new customer:
   1. You will need to pay via credit card before your order is placed to Graf's.
   2. Shortly after submitting the form below, you will receive an invoice via email that contains an itemized list of your in-stock items, applicable sales tax and $23.50 hazmat fee. At the top of the invoice page there is a button to pay with your credit card.
   3. Once Saratoga Shooting Sports has received your payment, we will place the order with Graf's.
5. If you pay via credit card, we can ship the order directly to your house! Note that hazmat orders require an adult signature for delivery, so make sure that someone will be home to sign for the order if you choose this option.

Minimum Order Size

All orders must consist of at least 5,000 primers.

Unfortunately our dealer discount doesn't kick in until we get above a certain order size. Therefore, your order must be at least 5,000 primers. Don't need a full case of primers? See if you can find a few friends to go in on an order with you. We'll be happy to proportionately divide the invoice across multiple people so everyone can pay separately. And feel free to mix and match different primer brands and sizes. You also get the same 8% discount on powder as well!

Credit Card Processing Fee

All credit card transactions will incur a 3% processing fee. There is no fee for personal checks or cash.

We apologize for having to add this fee but we are operating at very low margins and cannot lose money on each transaction. And unfortunately, PayPal, Venmo, etc. all explicitly prohibit the sale of ammunition, including reloading components.

Time Sensitive Orders

If you are using Ammoseek.com, ShootingBot.com, or Graf's own notifications for newly arrived inventory to try to purchase a frequently out of stock item, we recommend placing your order directly with Graf's rather than via Saratoga Shooting Sports. There is a certain amount of inherent delay with using the Saratoga Shooting Sports form and we don't want to be the reason that your order wasn't fulfilled. However, if the item(s) you are interested in have been in stock for at least a few hours and the Graf's website doesn't currently show low inventory, you should be fine using the form below.
